
Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has awarded the Holiday Inn Westbury with the 2015 Winning Metrics Award. This award was earned by accomplishing a perfect score of 5 out of 5 for their Heartbeat, Problem Handling, Loyalty Recognition, Loyalty Enrollments, and Guest Reviews.
In a letter from the Chief Operating Officer of IHG/Americas, Jolyon Bulley said “Hotel engagement is critical in driving performance through hotel Winning Metrics, and your hotel’s achievement is a true statement to excellence.” This is an incredible accomplishment, which the staff of the Hotel are extremely proud of.
